Flights Blues....

Okay, so why has searching for a flight become a "have to have the stars aligned, crossing your fingers, making a wish come true" kind of thing? I've been trying for almost two weeks now to book our flights to go to Bama at Christmas. I've either checked the gazillion websites and found that: 1) You cannot start with a destination other than the US, 2) You must check for your flights on the MAGIC day of the week or else you'll be paying out the wazoo, 3) you can't click that button with your right hand or else it will cause the entire site to crash and you have to start the trecherous search all over again.

In case you can't sense the sarcasm... it's there. I'm so annoyed right now with online flight searches. Why can't they all be close enough so it doesn't matter... and why the heck can't I purchase a ticket when I find one that I want??? Continental Connection, I've tried 6 times to buy tickets from you... and I refuse to try anymore. I will go to your competition and pay the higher price... thanks for NOTHING!!! UGH--- sorry... just needed to vent some frustration!
