Life is CrAzY!!!!

This summer is shaping up to be a pretty busy one. Not all that busy for me, Dallas and Joss except for a couple weeks here and there and the Baby joining ranks with us at the end... but our family has a ton going on.

Superman!!!!

1) Bev and Kevin are now engaged :) WOOO HOOOOO--- but any of us that have gotten married know how crazy and stressful the planning phase can get.

2) Grandparent's Health: My grandfather fell and broke his hip about a week and a half ago and is in rehab for now. On top of that, he is in the beginning stages of Parkinson's... so he's got quite a challenge to just get up and move right now.

Dallas' grandmother (Muh) has had a few blackouts over the past couple months which has led the doctors to some blood clots that are between her brain and skull. They are going in (drilling) today to release the pressure and hopefully take care of this problem for her.

I'm hoping for both of them that these serious problems will lead to a blessing in disguise-- whether it be that he be in a rehab center where he has a staff around the clock to care for him and help him get up and get moving better, or for her to be able to get back to a semi-normal life after this and not feel constantly paranoid that she may pass out at any given moment. I know this time must be tough on those closest to them and helping to look after them, so my prayers go out to them all.

His newest play spot.

3) Family traveling: Bev is traveling a lot this summer for her AAU basketball league-- great opportunity... but it will keep her going for sure; Jeremy and Heather going to Maldives for some "work" :) ; We will be going to visit April & David (and Baby Olivia) and then to Jacksonville in June; Elliott and Erin are getting married in Nassau on June 17th; there's a big family/friends get together down here in George Town rightfully named the "Chaos Cruise" in July; the lists just keeps growing.

Picture of his new room color--I've been meaning to post this for a while!

It's an exciting part of our lives for sure... we're never really "bored", but it definitely can get overwhelming at times. Our God is a BIG God to handle this kind of stuff ALL the time with EVERYONE in the world. Can you imagine how overwhelming that would be?? I can't even wrap my mind around something that powerful--but I'm not really supposed to now am I?

I'm excited about a couple personal projects I'm working on... mostly with my pictures and videos... Heather helped me with something I was doing yesterday-- I'll post it soon :) --and just really wet my appetite to learn Photoshop and some other really cool software I have on here that I haven't even tapped into yet. It's a time consuming project like any other... but working with cute pictures of my little man should be pretty fun too :) I'm trying to get on top of them before we have another one to snap away at and have double the pictures.

Dallas and I keep thinking right now that we're going to have a little girl-maybe that's just because we don't have a boy's name picked out. I THINK-- we might actually find out what we're having this time... but we'll see if we change our minds before the next ultrasound. This pregnancy has been pretty much identical to Joss'--- thank the Lord. I'm feeling really good and feeling lots of movement in my tummy which I love. I know I'm still going to blow up like a balloon right at the end....but if that's as bad as it gets.... I can manage! It's getting really exciting thinking about having another little one around. I'm getting very spoiled to my full night's sleep right now... but I survived (just barely) the sleepless nigths once, and we can do it again.

Well, sorry this got kind of long...I guess I just get to typing and don't pay any attention to the length. We're heading out for a day in the boat!

Chris & Laura--- Only 6 more days :) Can't wait to see you guys!!!

I'm also enjoying my full night's sleep and not looking forward to losing that again. But we'll do anything for our little ones, eh? Cute room color for Joss. :)
