Here's my final batch of pics from our trip to Bama back in Feb-March. Hopefully it won't take me as long to get caught back up with the rest :) My guys are great little pouters, but they can't hold it for too long when momma tries to make them laugh!
I tried to get a few good shots of my folks with the boys while we were playing one afternoon, and I just don't have the skills needed to get all eyes on me at the same time, to keep it in focus, and to get the right exposure...but here are a few close attempts:
Enter Buddy, Exit Boys Attention!
Blurry hugs and kisses though :)
I just love this shot of my mom and Emit. Just wish the rope wasn't right in the middle of his face. Pure love! He was tired and needed to rest, so he sat his little tush down right in here hands...these boys sure do love their CC!!
They've said it at least once a day since we came back, "I sure do miss CC!" "I miss my CC, mom!" "I wish CC could be here all day!" Time for another flight CC's :)
Pretending to be puppies, using the doggy door.
Another blurry shot, but I still have a cute puppy :)
Emit was pouting about something and CC was trying to talk him out of it...he's a cute little stubborn thing, huh. Unfortunately, I can say he comes by this pretty honest. I was a good pouter when I was little, heck, I can still pout with the best of them if I feel so inclined ;)
The last weekend I was over there, my mom got to stay home with the boys and my dad and I took off to a woodworking show in Atlanta. It was AWESOME!!! I don't know when the last time my dad and I did something just the two of us, but I had a blast.
There were rows of booths and stalls and sections doing seminars and tutorials and demonstrations. I could have spent tons of money in here, but I took home more knowledge than anything. I was definitely part of the minority, 1) being female and 2) being under the age of 60. It was so much fun though!!
I even got to turn my own pen. Thanks Daddy! I had a great weekend, and will think of our weekend every time I use one of the tools I got here.
This officially concludes the photos I took of our trip to Bama. Luckily, we had a pretty uneventful flight home. The boys and I got upgraded again to the row just behind first class, which was awesome. I chattered with them the ENTIRE flight and answered all their questions, played their games with them, and just enjoyed my little dudes. The couple sitting behind me said a few very sweet things to me at the end of the flight which made this momma feel pretty proud of her little flyers. I stood up on the plane and announced, "If anyone is interested in kayaking, sailing or fishing...give us a call at Out-Island Explorers!" And the couple in the seat just across and behind from us was coming to do some kayaking with us the next day, they were pretty excited we were on the flight with them. All in all.. it was another great trip to Bama!

Sweet memories...wish you had MY photos of the trip, it would get me another 2 or 3 blogs!!! Thank you for the HARD work to keep us informed and INCLUDED ;0) I'm in the process of planning another trip - missing you all and needing a Jossy-Emit fix! We always look so grungy, but I would stay that way if it means play time with the dudes! So glad you and dad had a nice time and made some wonderful memories together. I enjoyed my time with the boys and cherish the moments we had :0)
