More teeth, more fun...

(that's Joss' way of saying HEY!)

So, if you can't tell in the pictures on here, Joss already has 2 teeth. His bottom two came in about 3 days after his four month check-up after his doctor said there's a chance he's teething, but probably not yet... HA- we go on Monday for his six month check-up and he will have 2 fully emerged teeth and 2 more on the top that are cutting through now. SLOW DOWN!

Today is a pretty rough day on him I think. I feel so helpless against the pain. He's such a trooper though. He really hasn't been all that fussy. Just every now and then, and that makes me sad because I know it must be bad then.
As he grows and gets more teeth... he is also growing and learning more and more that he is capable of. Take last night for instance. I had him on the floor on one of his little blankets and he was rolling back and forth, back and forth. Then it was almost like he realized "hey, if I keep going that way... I can get off of this blanket." So, he takes off and rolls over to his back, and then his tummy and looks around, and then does it again... and again. Then it looked like he had reached his destination (or the end of the line one). He was finally to the couch and had started on the other side of the living room. He was so proud of himself. He kicked his legs out to the couch and just started smiling so big! Dallas and I just sat back and laughed and clapped and made a huge deal out of it, and he got even more excited :)

I picked him up and put him back at the starting point (on the blanket) to see if he'd do it again, and this time he managed to turn and head toward the tv instead to conquer new and uncharted territory! He's so entertaining and fun to be with. People keep asking me if I'm getting bored staying at home with him all day long, but how could I?? He's always doing something new, and everyday has something new in store :) I absolutely LOVE my job! How many can say that???

I'm no expert, but some of the folks around my office have mentioned a frozen waffle for the teething thing. It's cold so it sorta numbs the pain and gives him something to chew on.

Anymore word on the move?

Yeah-- he's got a couple of those things. No word just yet. My mom and dad have a few good leads for us with some folks they go to church with.. but nothing solid just yet.
