More pics of our everyday routine...

For those of you that haven't heard... the Mako (our old boat) sold this last week, and our engines were installed on our 'new' boat. I've got tons of pictures of our little boat trips already, but this post was some pictures I took before that. Since I'm not really using Phanfare anymore, due to their rate increase, I'm adding a lot more pictures on the blog. I still need to find a good replacement though for all my pictures and videos. Anyone have any good suggestions? I really liked how I could add the music and stuff to the slide shows on there...but I don't have to have that.
Now that I have my newer camera it seems like I just don't have enough hands. I want to practice with my new one and work on all the settings, but I can't really do that while I supervise and play with the boys, so it's going to be a long learning process...but I'm cool with that. I also want to get videos of the fun stuff too... but that's a different camera, and another set of hands all together.... if only I were a spider :)
This is one of Emit's favorite little tree stumps. Well, it used to be a palm tree until I was reversing the trailer in our driveway one day and kind of took it out... but it's the perfect height for little man now :)
I asked Dallas to take this shot the other day... Joss has held Hippo like this since he was very little, and I just love it. I have performed surgery on Hippo's ears numerous times to keep them intact.
Playing hard!! You can see the sweat right above his lips :)
Having fun chasing a ball around the driveway.
A beautiful day for a stroll down our beach!

I just love this look on his face. My LITTLE boy is growing so fast!

Something has him torn here. He wants to do something...but he's a little nervous!
Playing with Snarf in the gaps :)
Joss' best effort to wink at me (he has a spot on his face from some markers we had been playing with earlier).
One of the first shots, of many, of our new boat- "Overdraft"
These next few pictures were from our little trip with Daddy to the after-school swim club he is helping with a couple days a week. There is very little funding for the program, so they don't have goggles or swim suits or anything fancy... heck, they don't even swim in a pool, they are right in the ocean. But he's hoping to be of assistance and maybe help get something going down here for the kids.
Of course, Hippo came too!
I love these little guys!!
This little girl was there waiting for her brother and Joss and Emit were enjoying her company. She is just a couple weeks younger than Emit. The dad in the family works out at the Sandals resort. They are part Irish, part German... I can't begin to tell you their names :)
Emit wanted to see her, but they both were very hesitant to jump right in and start playing.

On a totally different note, it has been one year since my grandfather passed away. I was very...relieved to be there when he passed last year so that I could see him at the end and go to the funeral. It was a bittersweet trip, but the Lord's timing is perfect! It's really hard to believe that I don't have any biological grandparents still living. There are so many things I would love to have shared with them all, especially these two little guys growing up. I plan to be with them in Heaven again someday, and I know they are in a better place. But I sure do miss them!!

I couldn't pick a favorite snapshot if I had to - they are all so great! I love all the happy smiles and the creative way they play... Some of the pictures make me laugh and then others bring tears - I wish to be Hippo for a week, getting the love Jossy gives so sweetly!!! I can't wait to explore with Emit and hear him express his excitement and curiosity - he's adorable :0)
Very sweet pictures of the boys walking with Dallas and being so sweet to the little girl!!!

Love ya soooooooooo much, Mom

Awesome!!

The kiddo's look like they're just having fun and not worrying about a thing :) (Oh to be a kid like that again)

Have you checked into google's Picasa setup at all? Free for 1gb, sharing, downloading, and I do believe video uploading too.
