However, by the end of the week Mason had also learned how to flinch and dodge the super hyper Joss & Emit running circles around the kitchen island so he wouldn't get plowed over. Poor little guy...didn't even see it coming most the time.

It was a lot of fun going out with two picture-happy momma's, one of which photographs kiddos and families for a living. Heather got some great shots of my little dudes, and it is fun to actually be in some of the shots too. And hopefully I was able to capture a few for her that she was happy with. It's kind of intimidating taking photos for her. :)

I swear, Emit is changing daily!!! I know I've said that for a while now, but it is unreal how fast he is changing and picking up on things. He is so stinking smart. His little sayings like "Emit do!" were a big hit with everyone and kept us all laughing most the time.

It was fun getting to spend some time with Mason because we haven't been able to spend more than a couple hours with him up to this point. This little guy loves balls and will make it known to any and everyone as fast as he can. It's sort of his little intro. Just picture meeting someone and shaking their hand and exchanging names... His would be a handshake with "bbaawwwll"; almost like his "cool guy password." If you produce a ball you're IN :)

I love this little shot of the three boys on the dock. This tends to be Emit's expression with group shots. He's not a big fan. I think Joss was enjoying being the 'big boy' and showing them how to say CHEESE!!!! I can definitely see these three having lots of fun in the years to come.

Heather captured a few of these shots of us doing story-time one night and I just adore them. Story-time is a part of our bedtime routine each night and it is such a sweet time with the boys. Most nights they would sit there and read as long as we let them. Some nights we're laying like this and other's we are snuggled up in the chair in their room. I love sitting in the chair with them because I get to wrap my arms tightly around each one and give lots of kisses during the page turns :) SWEET SWEET Memories of these times, and thank you for getting a snapshot of it for me.
We tried to do a lot of family-fun activities in before all the other guys arrived. SPEARFISHING and lots of it was the plan for most of this trip. We got to hang out with them in the water a lot and do some snorkeling and underwater photography, but the first part of the time that Jeremy & Heahter were here was FUN time for all of us.
Joss originally said he didn't want to get in the tube this day. I asked him, "do you want to go with mommy?" he said, "no". I asked, "do you want to go with daddy?" he said, "no". I asked, "do you want to ride with Uncle Jeremy?" he said, "ummm, YEAH!" So Uncle Jeremy was up for the job :) This Uncle Jeremy got to ride the tube like a big boy all by himself. He pretty much came all the way off the tube and was being dragged in the water and managed to pull himself back up before the ride was over. Way to go!! LOVE his expressions :)
Emit is always very entertained to watch everyone on the tube or skis behind the boat. Whenever I ask him if he wants to go, he is quick to say, "no". So we'll wait until little man is ready to go again. I just don't want him to feel left out. It's funny to sit with him though because he'll always say "fall down" after a wipe out or something. And if I've been out on the tube or skis and wipe out he is always quick to ask "alright, mom?" when I get back in the boat. My sweet little man!!
I am sooo thankful for these photos below! While I was videoing Joss' first ski with Daddy, Heather snapped a few shots of the event too! Oh my... I know I'm loud in this video here, but I was so excited and proud of both of these guys!
He was such a brave little man. He was offering words of encouragement to Dallas the whole time too saying things like "You're doing really good Daddy!"

Here is a little video of Joss' reaction to the fun:
It is going to take me a while to get caught up with all the fun stuff... but it's coming :) No worries!!! In the meantime, we are blessed and surprised by random trips and bookings that have popped up and are keeping us fairly busy during our, usually, slow time down here. Thank you, Lord!
And oh yes...I now have another goal for the summer skiing improvement... not only do I want to do the slalom thing, but I also want a shot of me jumping like this (or higher). Its okay if I wipe out immediately following the shot. :)
More to come...

You guys were having so much fun, and it is evident in the pictures!!! It is so nice to see you with the boys - they look so complete and happy when they are with mommy :0) Water looks great, gotta love the three boys, and the two BIG boys doing their thing!!!
Be safe...
Yay! Looks like so much fun. The boys are growing so fast. I can't wait to give gem some kisses. Love you guys! Love the videos and pics of you all.
These are some awesome pictures. Looks as though you all had a wonderful time. I know I need to post a few updates to our blog which I promise to do once we have a little better Internet service. Right now we are relying on our iPads which don't make blog posting very easy. But rest assured I will post pics of our new home in clarksville. We love Tennessee and can't wait to get back there next month.
