Little of This Little of That

These pictures were all on one of our other cameras that I just recently imported photos from and found all of these old ones.
So I have a bunch of random ones here that date back to November.
Not a great picture, but a cute little Spotted Eagle Ray here that we saw one day while we were down visiting the turtles off our beach. Someone said that there is a big manta ray that lives in Hooper's Bay (the water off the beach we go to from our house), but I have yet to see that...so I'll believe that when I see it with my own eyes. It would be a pretty cool thing to see.
We take Joss to go pee pee every night just before we go to bed ourselves. He's always sleeping soundly and heavy as a rock to lift up and out of his bed. This is one of the things I really miss daddy for when he's out on his trips.
He's gotten to where he tells us "See you for my pee pee break" when he's going to bed. I ALWAYS steal a hug and a kiss before Daddy tucks him back in though. It's a very sweet time.
CC snapped a picture of our morning wake-up and bible routine. This was the visit she came back in December before Joss' b-day. Joss was opening his dinosaur from CC & Poppy. I'm not sure which expression I like the most from the three of them, but Emit & CC's top the charts ;)
We headed up to the roof top one night while CC was here for stories under the stars. This was after a long dirty day of work on the shed. I promise I don't ALWAYS look this grungy...most the time, but not always :)
Head lamp...check
X-box game case that you just can't part with...check
Ready for stories on the roof...check
"You talkin' to me?"
Emit didn't want CC to leave or stop scratching his back :) That is one of his favorite things to get CC to do while she's here.
Wants to be just like Daddy :)
Cutie pie...Emit loves any and all hats!
We had an afternoon of kickball and the softball field.
Joel was a little too tempted when he had the ball in his hands and to throw it at the kids :) Don't worry... no injuries occurred this day!
We're still learning all the ins and outs of playing team sports, but we are working on it...
Emit was more entertained by this wire he found.
Joss loves to help Daddy, no matter what. He'll go with him in the truck just to ride with him (and play the iPad). We've had a few break downs in the driveway when Daddy has to go to work and Joss can't tag along. He'll cry and cry and get himself so upset. Eventually I can get him calmed down, but some days it really bothers him. Poor little guy...we try to tell him how lucky we are to have Daddy around as much as he is. I LOVE that they will grow up getting to spend so much time working with Daddy.
Emit is my little momma's boy still. He always tells me, as he's touching my cheek, "I'll stay wif you all day momma. I love you, you're the best." :) Who wouldn't want a little helper that says that?
A little time in the boat by myself...
More fun out at the Bumpy Slide in Barretarre.
And more helicopter fun on the hill.
Tough guys too with tatoos on their arms.
Brave boy driving with only one hand.
They were even sweet to share with this little girl that came out to play with them for a bit.
This was just before we finished the shed. The walls are up or almost up.
This was by far the fastest part of the process :)
We have WALLS!!!
The door project in the early stages.
Just another shot of our friendly neighborhood turtles :)
Lots of random stuff, but I'm getting caught up. Slowly!!!

So much goodness in all the new posts! I love all the boys MANY expressions! They crack me up!! Love the family picture at Easter. Love the Moriah Key paddle. Love the shed (dang girl, you're good!!)....the door=perfection!! Those tiny kittens are so cute!! And the Morton's puppy...LOVE!!! I love seeing the pictures of the boys playing ball. I died laughing at the picture of Joss peeing in his sleep, that is TOO funny!!! I'll have to remember that trick when Mason stops sleeping in a diaper. I'm jealous that Joss can do pull ups, I can't even do one. The picture of the water drops in the garden is so dreamy.
I know its SO much work keeping a blog, but thank you for doing it! I LOVE all the stories and pictures and the way it keeps us connected.
xoxo
