Welcoming the newest puppy to the Hood---SNAPPER :) He's not ours, the Morton's adopted him and he's such a cutie!
This is when he was still very young and shy. He's running around all over the place now.
Isn't he adorable! :)
It has bought us a little more time before we have to get a dog, but Joss just tells us more that he wants a dog of his own now. I think we'll look at getting one this summer while we're in Nassau. As cute as they are, I don't want a puppy right now. Hoping we can find an older one that needs a home.
See, I told you... covered in dirt, Every Day!
Signs of good day though :)
Dallas and I have been trying to get back into P90X again, it has been very sporadic. When we do actually do the workout, Joss is all about doing it with us! He can do more pull-ups than I can (which isn't hard to do, but still).
We had a family interested in a half-day paddle a few weeks back. Couldn't have asked for better weather or conditions this day.
Even Dallas and I were out here in Moriah Cay saying, "Wow, this is incredible!"
The boys had fun climbing, paddling, riding the current, exploring the beach...the usual.
Emit enjoyed the Snacks!
It is so cool to me that they have grown up doing this stuff and they still find something new and exciting every time we do it.
This is the kind of beach crowd we are used to!
Our beautiful Lazy River!
Playing on the 'cliffs'.
Joss is showing me his sand ball.
Emit's sand ball and cute little sandy hands!
Emit is so funny right now in the fact that he is such a momma's boy. I love it so much! He will literally jump up and down or grin ear to ear if I ask him if he wants to snuggle with mommy. They are both so cute when they tell me something that they think will upset me or make me sad. They'll get right up in my face and put their tiny hands on my cheek to soften the blow. OR they will try to do that to butter me up to get me to let them play the X-box or something too. Smart little boogers!
One day the boys and I were running around doing errands, then we got a treat at the ice cream shop, then we played on the BIG TREE in town by the post office, then we flew paper airplanes in the grassy patch by the police station, then we got to jump off the docks by the mailboat dock, then we ran to daddy in our wet undies (the boys at least) and all excited about a fun afternoon. At some point during the fun afternoon Joss yelled out, "Dear Lord, fank you for letting us live here in Exuma!" Amen to that baby boy :)
I know I say it a lot, but not a bad day at the office, my love, not a bad day at all!
On the way back to the bridge we were on the lookout for the baby sharks that we ALWAYS seen around this area. Sure enough... we saw them so we had to stop and wade around to get a closer look.
I love seeing my little guys in hats. They look so cute in them to me.
Joss wanted to get the kayak turned around all by himself. He did a great job!
